You
must register in order to participate in field trips and the opening
ceremony.
Pre-registration assures you the best chance
of reserving space for these events. All pre-registration is by
mail on a first-come postmark basis. (No registrations will be
taken by phone.) The fee of $20 per adult/day or $40 / adult for
Festival weekend or $5 per child (under 12) for Festival weekend
must accompany the registration form. There are additional fees
for the boat trips and kayak tours. Your Festival admission ticket(s),
confirmed event schedule, travel guide lodging information and
other information will be mailed to you. Complete
one form per individual/party (maximum six people) if all want
to attend the same events. If members of a party want to attend
some but not all events together, complete separate forms but
mail in the same envelope. Make additional copies of the form
as necessary.
Fill your field trip 1st., 2nd., and 3rd. choices,
including starting times, in as many time periods as you desire
(Fri. PM, Sat AM, Sat PM, Sun AM, and Sun PM). When making selections,
consult the schedule and event descriptions and allow enough time
to get to and from one event to the next.
Every effort will be made to accommodate your
top choices. No refund of registration fees will be made unless
you have listed three choices and we are unable to schedule you
a minimum of one event for each of the time periods you selected.
If we are unable to accommodate your schedule, we may call you
to discuss other available options.
Pick up your event tickets upon arrival at the
Festival. Tickets must be picked up at least 30 minutes before
event departure; unclaimed tickets will be made available to other
Festival participants. Also, there is a ticket exchange board
where participants may add, exchange or return tickets.
If you are unable to pre-register, registration
will be held on site.
